2010 Bouldering World Cup - Final Results
![]() |
This past weekend saw the final of the 2010 Bouldering World Cup take place in Munich, Germany. As with most recent competitions the event was broadcast via a live feed, where one is able to watch the competition behind the comfort of their computer. The live feed has been reported to have been of good quality with an amazing backdrop present.
Adam Ondra continued what has been a very impressive form this season and managed to take an easy victory for him, flashing the final 3 problems in impressive fashion. The Russian, Dmitry Sharafutdinov came in second place in the men's format with another Russian, Victor Kozlov taking third place.
As had been an issue with the Vail competition for the men's competition, the problems were questionably tough for the women's competition in Munich. There were only 2 top-outs throughout all the problems. The final problem allowed for some very exciting moments with Anna Stöhr fighting for the first place in the competition and the season, if she could finish the problem she would take both the honors, though this was not to happen. She had multiple attempts at the final problem but in the end failed to complete it, leaving Akiyo Noguchi the competition and season champion for the women's.
