To Whom It May Concern, It has come to our attention that the residents at 581 Airport Road, Bethel, PA. 19507 are not properly maintaining their lawn which is in complete disregard to the lawn ordinance. As you can see in the attached picture their yard at some locations is roughly four feet high. Originally we had little concern over our neighbors lawn care habits, but after the abundance of ticks that have been slowly appearing on ourselves after walks to retrieve the mail and our other neighbors dog being assaulted by a rogue groundhog that has took up home in the “jungle” they call their yard, our personal and home security is seemingly beginning to become at risk. We had measured out the 50ft that makes up our right-of-way driveway so that we knew we were not intruding onto their property and after measuring it we have been properly maintaining our lane only to have the property stakes taken out of the ground and thrown at us by the resident of said household informing us that we are not allowed to mow our driveways grassy area. It seems not only do we have to be scared about the creatures that live in their jungle, but the native tribesmen also are quite violent. I understand that natives have rights to their land, but I believe that they should still have to follow the same ordinances and care to their property that the surrounding properties and residents have to abide by. I’d like to thank you for your time and concern about the matter at hand and hope that you take into consideration the many safety hazards that are caused by the improper care of their lawn. I hope soon to be able to confidently retrieve my mail without fear for my life and safety. Sincerely, The Miller Family
