I like the idea of a meeting place and time. I met a shitload of RC.com people last year, but still missed a bunch, too. I'll suggest Saturday night during the party, maybe someplace around one of the bars? That way we can be partying together and plotting for Sunday climbing.
Folks I want to give everybody a heads up. It looks as though there will be a larger police presence at this year's Rendezvous. Some things to keep in mind to stay out of trouble:
1. If you're drinking, please please please do not drive.
2. Carpool! Use designated drivers!
3. Or just bring what you need for the night and stay at the Rendezvous!
4. All dogs have to be leashed.
5. Parking is always scarce at the NRR, so again, carpool, arrive early, plan on staying the night or at least staying until you're done for the evening. Once you leave each night, it will be very difficult to find another parking space.
6. We ran out of beer at around 11PM last year. Hopefully, that won't happen again, but if you want to be prepared, be aware that glass containers are not allowed on Park property. PBR cans? No problemo. 
7. Lastly, remember that what you do reflects on all of us. Let's not give them a reason to think even more police are necessary!
