There are only two places I have found that you can dyno. It seems the dyno spot must be programmed into the game in order to work. The first spot is to get the gold biner (worth $150) above Bit's and Pieces (you must dyno up and right). The second is on brown brown bannana guns, at the top, head right, dyno straight up. It goes no where but you can land it.
