I just got into rock climbing recently (6 weeks). No car in Pittsburgh, so I've only been to The Climbing Wall gym out in Point Breeze. I've pretty much just done bouldering there, though I took their short class to grasp some of the basics of top roping, which I've done once.
I'm looking to get some real rock experience and learn from more experienced climbers so if anyone if traveling out to the local climbing areas I'd love to tag along (no worries, I'm not looking to freeload  ).
I'm currently out in Sq Hill, though I'll prob be moving to the North Side soon.
