My wife and I took our 2 year old with us to Ten Sleep, WY and it was fantastic. We loved the place and the trail and base were so easy he did most of the hiking himself. You can read more about it here: http://cragmama.com/...08/ten-sleep-canyon/
We've also been to Maple Canyon (pre-kids) and from what I remember it is very kid friendly. The only thing to really look out for there was to make sure you climb routes that are well travelled because there is a tendency for loose rocks.
