Cross training for me is essential to climbing well Include: * areobic activity * flexibility * antgonistic muslces * for me and adding some bulk to minimze tendon irritation - critcal to my shoulders. I do this on my own. How do you identify a good trainer? And - hope things heal quickily for you. Mark
