The climber was harnessed while scaling the one half-mile north face of Lily Rock at the peak Saturday in Humber Park.

Witnesses told firefighters that rocks tumbled from the rock formation and that they saw Rockwood hanging from a rope and looking unconscious, Cal Fire Capt. Milford Ferguson said.
