She made the exact same decision that scores of "trad" climbers make every day / climb. The fact that she might not have had the experience or smarts to make the right decision has nothing to do with whether or not she might have been trying to climb "sport" or "trad". Any climber, climbing any style can still make the same mistake. It comes down to experience and personal choice, not a word...
