On March 18, 2016, the Tonto National Forest issued a Notice of Intent to prepare an EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) for the Resolution Copper Project and Land Exchange. YOUR COMMENTS AND INPUT ARE VITAL!!!
Please take some time to evaluate the destructive actions of this Mine which will cause the LARGEST LOSS OF CLIMBING in N.America, forever!!!

As of April 4, 2016 the Tonto Forest Supervisor has extended this Public Scoping Period for an additional 60 days. The last day to submit comments will now be July 16, 2016.
