Mate, as everyone else has said, buy the book and don't be a cheap @rse and support the sport you love (or at least enjoy)
As to the fish thing and pregnancy, I think it's more to do with other sea foods (lobster, shrimps, oyster, mussel, etc) and predatorial fish (barracuda, sail fish, etc.) rather than your cod, bream, salmon, etc. It's the others that have the high mercury content.

Actually, Tuna are some of the real culprits as far as mercury goes. From what I understand, the larger ocean fish are more likely to have higher concentrations of mercury.

The fact is that:I have try to buy this book,but in China to do this is not so easy,I have done some climbing these days,I just want to improve my performence,but what I can get is all from that book.

I'm going to request a little more civility in this thread, please. If the guy really is from China, then he is contending with a whole different set of economic, market, and political realities than most of us would be able understand. He's also dealing with some language barriers, as well, so cut him a break in the grammar and eloquence departments.
If not, and he's trolling us -- well who is really getting hurt.
