Inspite of anything, sometimes folks don't want to be found. Get cyberdetective, find his SS# and spend $25. It will work if he uses credit,or works a job on the books. bump

Ohh, I saw an ad in the Mammoth Times for him. We all figured he got lost in the backcountry or something. Will pass on the word.

Some of you people down in that neighborhood need to go to your gyms and climbing stores and put a note on the bulletin boards there. I hope Glenn is found before he misses out... God Bless Grampa. Flo

I truly do not have the words to express my families heartfelt thanks for all of your help in trying to locate Glenn. I am the youngest of my siblings and even though I'm computer savvy and have many friends of my own I had no idea that so many people in the climbing community cared so much about each other. But it only makes sense. When partners are climbing up hundreds or thousands or feet they hold each other lives in their hands. So you all know what life and friendship is truly about. Glenn once told me a story about him and a buddy who scaled El Cap and when they got to the top all they had left to eat was one Snickers bar and some prepackaged Sausa. They dipped the Snickers bar in the Sausa and celebrated. I wish I had been there. If I had one wish other than to find Glenn it would be to meet each and every one of you and persoanlly thank you for your efforts...and treat you to the best backcountry cookout you've ever had! Glenn would attest that I'm one heck of a cook! I feel your compassion for my family's dilemma. I feel your hope for Glenn, his granddad and our situation. I want to thank you all and regardless of the outcome I PROMISE – and my word is TRUE – I will come to Yosemite for the summer solstice and hopefully meet many, if not all, of you and have that cookout. You are truly a very special group and if everyone, everywhere were like you there would be no such thing as war or hatred. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. P.S. They posted Glenn's pic on my Rc.com site in case I haven't sent you one. [ This Message was edited by: yosemitefreak on 2003-01-06 15:18 ]
