I think you fall into one of four people on this forum
A. Lurker, to busy climbing real rock outside there computer to really care about any retards and there pointless dribble
B. Try Hard's (could also be called an asshole)... usually post the most shit, quick to shoot down people's advice and tips but never actually add there own tips because they don't actually have any outdoors experince
C. Ego's... Usually trad climbers, always talking it up how much better they are than everyone else "oh I climb 5.** so that makes me better than you". And if they arent talking it up, they are usually whining on about how sport climbing is just so lame and bolters should be shot (not all rock can be trad climbed, thats why we got bolts, get over it!!)
D. Newbies... usually the only real climbers who are interested in the sport, like the original poster, but always get bagg'ed because they just aint "cool" enough or how they havn't climbed El Cap with a busted knee. And if they post something they are usually labelled a "troll"... altho its quite easy to see that they just don't know.
I agree, alot less bullshit would be nice around here, but that will never happen, everyone is trying to be the "funny" guy and half the time there posts are more annoying than anything.

These guys don't know that gays are more fun than straights. Also stronger, and more honest.
Instead of tossing "homo" or "fag" as an insult, they should show their contempt for lack of backbone, with "straight" or "conformist".

When I was a little boy, we used to stick out our tongue at each other. It was acceptable for small children to do that.
At work, a lot of our staff toss the F-word into every phrase they can. I think it makes their words smell bad.
In the same way, I think "homo" and "fag" take the color and structure out of the postings, so their words drip and sag like sweaty socks after a hike.
