i am looking into this trip for the second weekend, if march 8th is a friday, then i'm looking on arriving on the 14-15th. classes pending. i'm reading tons about these parking problems, however i ususally camp in my car. what i'm asking is this: if i find a way to car pool, will their be tent space? and if i drive is there any chance of finding a parking spot? anne, you seem to be the trip coordinator, so if you could help me out it would be appreciated.. thx

tim...looks like most ppl from pa are the 1st weekend...we still have available space in a two room tent as well as cabin floor space...yes if you want to camp in your car..it will be at the bottom of the mtn..we are on the mtn.
it isnt too much more than a 5 minute walk or so up the mtn.
we are trying to keep the mtn clear of vehicles..pete will need his..and a couple trucks to haul ppl up and down...when needed...you may however bring the vehicles up for packing and unpacking...lemme know when your plans are sorted if i should add you name to the list

There are ways of keeping the nooise down with the gennis, sound proof materials around it, I'm thinking it'll be fine.
Also knock me down for a two burner stove, and X-tra propane for the gas heater er, grill, two 20# tanks ought to do it. also a couple folding tables..
If it's in the trip budget I'll stop at costco and get solo cups, plates bowls and plastic silverware eh ? Enough for about 50 a day x 5 ?

yeah..i am thinking about stashing them behind the outhouses..that should push the sound around the other side of the mtn and bring the cords down and around the back of seneca cabin (?) shouldnt take more than a couple 100 footers..(i have one)

Exactly dude- ok rule time:
Rule 1: NO BOULDERING within 10 feet of the camp fire.
Rule 2: No bouldering without a spotter (a drunk 16 year old redneck doesn't count as a spotter Anne).
Rule 3: No Fighting I don't care if you are from Maine and you are drunk there's no fighting. Cause Jeremy and I aren't gonna break it up this time!
Rule 4: No one talks about Fight club.
My apologies to all of you - if you weren't at T-wall you probably have no idea what I am talking about. Ask me at Nelson and I will fill you in - just look for the guy who takes 1/2hour to put his tent up!

Hey Anne,
I forgot to mention that I will also be bringing down 4 boxes of contractor trash bags ! Though I did have a Q on disposal, is there a dumpster on site anywhere, and if not is there a dup/ refuse station near by ? I want this event to be ZERO IMPACT !
