Tried to climb a lot harder yesterday... made a couple more moves on my proj but still not clean...
got shut down on another potential proj.
otherwise it went pretty well.

I have the dead bird r2-something

mebbe I'm just too fattyin mai legs
the inner side of the leg loops are getting fold lines and are starting to cut in painfully if i sit in my harness...
projecting was NO FUN
not really sure what to do ... don't really want to buy ANOTHER harness...
I love that this one is really light and comfy when climbing, but sitting and lowering is starting to suck

I've been in lurve with mah pretzl. Adjustable leg loopz ftw! I doubt that I'd ever go back to non-adjustable loopz.

yesh... was working on that orange 11b near the cave (where it only really gets tough right at the end) and another one closer to the kiddie wall chewed me up and spit me out... but I gots me some girl beta for it so I might get through the burly part someday...

hehe, I laff because here the Private security is more than twice the size of the police force and they can't do anything about it either, and we already have private security firm as does almost everyone else.
It just a fuck up, but doughnut worries, I was just ranting cause of fedupness. This is Africa after all.

I bought my daughter (climber of 15 years experience) the women's Misty Cadillac for her birthday last August. She has used it at the crags and in the gym, and she loves it.

Police don't really do much, and we are afraid of them. If one pulls you over, you might just have some serious shit on your hands.
2 out of the 3 times I was pulled over for a traffic violation I was asked for a bribe... Which I promptly misunderstood completely and battled with stupid wordplay for what felt like hours before eventually getting the fines.

Yeah, I knew that private security made up a large portion of the overall security apparatus but I didn't realize it was 4:1. Thats pretty wild.
I suppose it wouldn't really be safe or effective to have a small staff of security guards try and stop strikers/rioters from doing what they want to do anyway. It would likely only serve as the catalyst for violence. Last thing you want to do is give an angry mob an excuse.
