i usually give some hints to the boulders character when naming it, or maybe hint at something that happened recently or while it was climbed:
a) eagles reaches (long moves)
b) bloody ery (erih is a climber who kinda messed his fingertips on this one)
c) planko s5 z nami (planko with us again; he hasnt climbed for some time)
d) ballerina (guess)
etc
i also like naming them after south park episodes (like a kinda longer one is big gay als big gay boat ride, another is grey dawn)

Not to be a nitpicker, but I think it is R.O.U.S (Rodents OF Unusual Size), I don't know what that L would be for.
