Hi Heiko, very nice day indeed, and a very pleasure to get to know astrid and you! :D :D :D I am not much optimistic about your hope... considering your current conditions, i don't think you have much chances to preserve yourself decently enough

HI guys, here I am finally. I've got the Eurofreaks t-shirt, I promised at least five messages and here is the first. :D Great week end in Arco, it was my first time and I already want to come back. Good party as usual, and fortunately the girl next to me at dinner was not in good shape as in Val di Mello   so the night was not so hardly alcohol addicted and without any headache this time we could climb in a decent way on Sunday. Happy Fra please avoid any comment to the last assertion. :P We had rain on Saturday, but we tried to climb anyway in Nomesino. Well, actually I only tried, someone else did it. But then we had a great Sunday in Noriglio. The conclusion is: hangover sucks! :x "Solo la placca vale!" :D Well, I can't translate this phrase but maybe someone may do it for me.  My only complain: every time it finishes too fast. I hope to meet you soon again! :D Paolo P:S: Sorry for my English, now that I am in an international forum I'll do my home works more accurately. Anyway, if I made mistakes half of the blame goes to Paolo75 who gave me wrong suggestions. :P

In reply to: Hangover is when we you can not climb until noon because you passed the night drinking. Does this remember you anything? Noon?!?!? The day after?!?!? You never had one, I bet you. Noon, sheesh... If you feel drunk till noon, that's a hangover. Or at least the beginning of one. After that it should take you the rest of the day to rehydrate and get in a state where something you try to put in your mouth doesn't feel like it's gonna make you puke immediatly (and if you're intelligent enough this happend already two to three times to accelerate the whole process). Your tongue feels like a squirrel that slowly decomposts in your throat, anything that leaves your body makes the same splushing sound in the toilet and the lone idea just to stand to close to the edge of a boardwalk makes you sick of heights. A real hangover is solely to be overcome in carefully starting over with the next drink, preferably a soft one with vitamins, like caipirinha, sacrifying the rest of the day and get to bed early - but not before you drink an amount of water you make the fire department come over and seek for a leak in the main drain... - Daniel

A "light hangover" until noon is all I am prepared to bear at the moment.
