In an effort to keep us on track, or shame us into a healthier lifestyle through another holiday season of gluttony, I propose we post our weight and height. We can update after the first of the year. 6' 1" 210

5'9.5" 206 (on the bar scale in the company gym yesterday, wearing sweats, t-shirt, and sneakers, so maybe closer to an actuall 201-202, about.) 6 weeks ago I weighed about 198, but have been weightlifting regularly again and so seem to have have packed on some muscle mass. I am more dense now than I was. duuuuhhhh.

Stuck hovering between 195 and 200 for the past year and a half. Quit smoking two years ago and balooned to 216. The first ten pounds is easy, the second ten takes a couple of months. I've been trying to keep off the next five for a year now. Oh yeah, 6ft. I would be very happy at 180 - 185. I figure I'm at perfect trad condition now.

A tiny 5'2" packing on a good 150 lbs. A lot of muscle on my small frame, and who am I kidding, a lot of fat too! I'm working on losing about 20 more lbs. - I'm already down 8lbs from 158 in October! My ideal is about 130 or so and I haven't weighed that since freaking college...

Can I just say tall and skinny? No? okay. I'm currently 6'2" and 160 lbs. It might be interesting to see if that changes at all. My weight hasn't changed in 6 years.
