I feel for ya Ma and Wjca. I've been off climbing for almost a year now with two herniated discs in my lower back. Just started gettting cortisone shots into the epidural space. If this doesn't work, surgery may be the next option. Boo. So yeh, I totally hear ya. I'm happy to say however, that I've been using my climbing absence for some good. Been doing a lot of reading, started taking some night classes, and began volunteering in my spare time. So I guess I'm making the best of it. My thoughts go out to you guys for a safe and quick recovery.

Never, Ma. You want the tequila bottle or something a bit refined. I'm having a good day with the canadian whiskey bottle.

Dwelling on the hardships may be normal and human but dwelling on the here and now and what it takes to move forward will make you a better one, I am confident you will be stronger and better than if this hadn't happened. All the best, UB
