I would say its probably photoshopped given the drastic color/lighting difference in her gap.
All that aside, I am not anorexic at all but my arms are wicked skinny, and i have wieghed about the same for the past 7 or 8 years.
It all depends on body type and lifestyle. I also know girls that eat complete shit but are still really tiny. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen...
course you are right she probably is 14.
