Overslept for my first class today, so I didn't get any coffee in me beforehand, so that was basically 75 minutes of pure hell. Luckily, it warmed up a lot, so I'm going to go for a run, and hopefully pull on plastic tonight after work. Stay warm out there.

been at work for 3 hours already, slept in as late as possible so no coffee and only a small breakfast. another 1.5 hours here and then an hour of class. Whipping up some bacon and eggs or pancakes as soon as I get home. bagels don't keep you full for long. or at all.

it isn't cold out here at all ... but haven't had a sunny day for a week or two. it made a brief appearance sunday, but that's about it. it's payday today - thank god! worked out the budget... need to start saving so i can be a happy roadtripping climber if and when i get laid off. the company is making extra efforts to position itself so when the recession clears we will be in good shape, but i'm in tech and i've been through this sort of thing before. need to work on getting my certification so i have a career to come back to after the recession/depression clears up. aaaaaaah. i will put on some ridiculously upbeat music and drag me arse to work.

Doing some heavy programming today, so I'm enjoying today's lunch break. Off to yoga tonight, then to visit a firend I haven't seen in a dog's age at the local climbing gym (I don't climb at the local gym, it kinda sucks).

I'm still loafing down here in nc. I'm on my last coffee. My press makes a quart and I just emptied it.That's about three mugs. I have been enjoying the time with my brother bs'ing about old times, old music, and ppl. I am staying here to sat. It will be in the upper teens at home by then. I will just run into the house when I get there. I'll empty things from the van sunday when it gets up in the high twenties. Have a good day. I may go climb.

Late check in. Warm here, about +10°C. Calling for +15 on the weekend in the city. Leaving for the BVX Winter Ice Beer Review in less than 3 hours. Keg's sitting in the back of the truck. Have the swag and draw prizes on my desk. Truck is loaded and ready to go... now I just need to finish at work. Managed to get a few more sponsors for the camp yesterday.
