Some people are just bad spellers and there is no need to flog them for it. Often it is part of a mild learning disability. Would you ridicule a person who stuttered? “ I respect a man who knows how to spell a word more than one way”. Mark Twian

FYI: Pieve is a name for a rural (Italian) church -- the subject could be in reference to that. Unless all the uproar is about how the OP spelled "damn it" . . .

Both my brother and myself have read 2-3 beefy books a month for our entire lives and neither of us can spell. It's actually called Auditory Processing Disorder. Eventually you overcome most of it just by memorising words, but it's nearly impossible for me to phonetically spell words. But people can assume that they're superior because they spell better :p

The name of the muscle is biceps, even if you are talking about only one of them. The name means "two heads". Even if you only injure a single head of a single biceps, the injury is still a (say), long head biceps tear. And when somebody says "bicept", I just have to turn away...

I don't like it when people belay off of the leg and waist loop instead of the belay loop. "oh well this guy told me it was safer this way and he climbs really hard." They call it a belay loop for a reason stupid!

Wow, you are an anatomy dork. I'd be willing to bet that you know the origin and insertion of the psoas muscle, as well as most tubercles and fossa of the bones. Or is that fossi? Maybe Fossae? Whatever. My pet peeve right now is whiners. I'm surrounded by whiners right now, and they whine about asinine, petty bullshit. I mean it, tantrum throwing adults, who think that the entire world exists to service them, and make everything easier. you'd think they were toddlers in adults suits.

i hate it when people belay off of that stupid loop that conects the tie-in points, wtf is that loop for anyway?!?!? i have a nice blue petzl harness and they put this friggin green loop w/ some kind of pictures on it. shit man, it ruins my day everytime i see people use that thing. cut it off and hip belay like a man! or belay from the leg loop i hear its safer dorks at the gym that think they are participating in some new extreme sport that no one know about and only happens on plastic bloobs in a warehouse and people that are full of climbing rules and safety information all of which is wrong! ie "you shouldnt use a grigri to belay a toprope as to not stress the anchors" really!! fuck!
