Startled me pretty bad both times )) Progress is painfully slow. And actually painful. Kinda a pisser sum daze. Actually quite the pisser sume daze. But hey kewl pick. Sounds like the ankle knot two bad, four those kinda miles.
So what are you able to do? I mean, walking is a challenge still? Getting up from the chair after sitting down for a long time?
Damn, I hope it improves at some point. It's starting to sound like this is a more serious long-term thing. I was hoping for you that it wouldn't be.

But I stumble quite a bit. And I fact sprained my left ankle couple weeks ago as a result. Da-am, 2 bum wheels.
I had started jogging in pt. 50 feet sprints, haha. probably restart jogging in several weeks. Walking is generally not a problem, just can't walk too far without giving the knee a rest. Getting up from a chair not hard, just a little stiff. Walking on uneven/slopped ground is quite the challenge. I just don't have my legs completely under me.

sounds like you're way ahead of where I thought you were. I figured you were still having a hard time walking. In any case, it sounds like you're making progress, which is better than I heard last time. I assumed last time you had taken a step back. Good to hear. Fingers are crossed for you.

Wow, I just cleaned my softshell for the first time in, like, years and years and years.
I think I brought a small % of Moab home with me. Ick. Maybe it will actually repel water a bit now.
It was pretty nasty. It is blue again now, though.
