That's cool! Looking at the map, Stage 3 starts in a suburb I lived for two years as a little kid. And Stage 4 goes through a town in the hills where I lived for another two years around 4 years old.

Cavendish, Farrar and Robbie Hunter are the ones who will be in the mix. the Willunga stage Cadel MIGHT have a chance if he gets away the 2nd time up and he somehow survives the last 10-15k to the finish... but i don't think it'll happen

Wish I was climbing. Still holding out for the chance next weekend. We had a good trashy bar experience last night at this dueling piano club. I think I was the only one who got the inside joke of the musicians transitioning from Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody to Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody. ha! I wouldn't call that an inside joke. I wouldn't call it a joke.

I'm probably less than one pair per year, but have a bunch for various purposes. No, I meant climbing shoes. I just ordered dance shoes last night. I said "I'm excited about my new dance shoes". Needs to be a popular enough area that it will be a draw (no one's going to fly across the country for a shit heap) a good number of easy and moderate climbs that are accessible by chair or 4-wheelers, good camping facilities....idears? Smith? City of Rocks? the Leap? RR is probably a good option because of cheap flights and the crag is right there. Everything else is fly and then drive a couple hours. Crag is right there for RR, but the approaches aren't wheelchair friendly Not to mention that you can't use 4-wheelers and the camping sucks What if they call it a motorized wheelchair? If you think the camping sucks there you really haven't gotten around much It sucks because it's often windy. There are no trees and no shelter of any kind. I've camped in many places, very few suck as bad as 13 mile Its the desert. The desert is windy and has no trees. Yup. And that campground still sucks ass I still remember this one night I was sleeping outside at 13 mile. A muscle car tore into the campground at like 2am, blasting GNR, and I heard voices of the people as they drunkenly stepped outside; "whoa, CAMPING!" "like, marshmallows and campfires and shit!" then a girl's voice said "why don't you ever take me camping, you son of a bitch?" And they left. Fucking Vegas. It makes you think. I've run into some degenerate gamblers who have busted out there on a couple of different occasions.

And as long as the sleeve doesn't slide off from sweat, I've been able to freehang on it for 12 minutes before my shoulder started to hurt and there was no blood left in my arm. That's a freaking long time to hang. Let's hope they are all right handed clips. In 12 minutes you could clip with your eyelashes.
