This was obviously a hard decision for 'biner and her family. And of course it seems from this vantage point like the right one, but I'd like to hear her perspective. Anyway, it may not interest you, but I'm not here to entertain you.

So Nathan cooked up this huge pile of beets this weekend and decided to make a beet cream soup. Same basic ides as making a cream of broccoli or cream of mushroom soup.
It tastes good, but the colour is just unnatural.
