After you framed every thing out and put plywood on every thing, did you paint the plywood or cover it with some kind of synthetic rock?
Also on the seams of the plywood did you use a router to round the edges so there would be no splinters or sand it to round it?

It was painted with a few base coats with a final coat of paint was some sand mixed in.

The edges and seams were filled with auto bando and sanded.
