did Langley car 2 car yesterday. A storm was on its way in while we were hiking out. We got in the car and I said "Hey we out hiked the rain!" and it started pouring
I thought of Donald on teh way home because a lightening strike had caught a hill outside of lone pine on fire. I thought... hmmm I thought things only caught fire when he made this drive...

Ah yes the fire.
The big Yellow house, along the 395. Just a wee bit north of where the 395 connects to 15. Garage burned down. 
Judging by the number of trucks racing by Del Taco during our dinner, and numberof trucks blocking the road, had to be a 3 alarm fire.
Prolly been a year since we drove that road, but was still fenced off last I saw.

Life's been busy. I have a shit-ton of paintings i need to get done between now and the middle of Oct (because they're paid for already) and starting next week I'll have portuguese class 15 hours per week and english classes about 13 hours per week. This doesn't include the 10 hours of travel time each week...and none of this is my actual profession, though the english class help pay the bills.
So yeah, starting freak out a little.

and gearing up the ads for x-mas is taking time, too. just trying to get as much exposure as I can between now and Oct, so when I advertise in Oct I'm accessing people I've already started to cultivate.
