Right.... well, I've had a small discussion with Pete and it seems I have taken his word with a not quite enough salt.
He says that it's all just a big joke especially considering he is one of the world's slowest wall climbers! I don't normally get involved with all the bantering that goes on in forums, but it seems I have been baited this time....
I would just ilke to remind Pete that it's perhaps a little bit dicey baiting either myself or Ammon on the issue of Eagle's Way as we both suffered quite a lot on that route and hence it's hard to be jokey about a speed ascent when we both nearly nailed ourselves trying.
Anyway, that's out of my system now and I'll accept it's a somewhat tenuous jibe.
