DON'T do The Eye. It has little to no pro and isn't for a real beginner.
Start out at either Trash Can Rock or Short Rock at Indian Cove. Both have easy short routes and will teach you what Josh is about. There's also a cool 5.3 on Intersection Rock that I can't remember the name of that only goes half way up.
I would think Indian Cove's your best bet.
