as snide as it sounds, Curt's suggestion is the best one for Mac users until I can get Tidy to clean up the profiles in-flight. Basically, since I don't have access to a Mac with Internet connectivity anymore, the only solution I can use is to have the HTML checked on-the-fly and dynamically fixed. Worse things have happened :-) but it does require some testing.

OK, so how do I log on with Safari insted of Explorer? And this is just a temporary work-around, right?
