My girlfriend and I are moving to St.thomas for about 6 months to work some and play as much as possible. We are both dedicated climbers and would love to meet up with any other climbers who may perhaps be around. We are planning to buy a boat and travel to Virgin Gorda and Norman Island, as well as see if there are any areas to be developed. So if anyone's out there, holler at us!

I have been to the east end of virgin gorda thrice on bareboat vacations. Unfortunately at teh times i was there i had not gotten into climbing. From what i remember there were A LOT of very large boulders on the east end. As you travel farther and farther towards the eastern tip the density of boulders increases. Most seemed to be weathered and smooth, but im sure that there are imperfections in the rock that allow climbing. Stay away from the actual park as it gets very very crowded as the day progresses due to cruise ships.
