theres a comp im going to enter in a few weeks and i was wondering what to expect? How do comps ussually run ? what kind of atmosphere can i expect? ANyone help me out with this?

well i dont know what organization is putting this comp on but all the ones i have been to have been run very similar. if it is an onsight comp they will have 2 or 3 rounds. the first round all the climbers will climb one route and they take a percentage of those climbers to the final rounds. at a redpoint comp they will have tons of routes of all different difficultys and you write down your scores on a card and at the end you add up you top 3 or 5 or all of your scores.
