the flat slopers on the board. not the easy ones but the other ones. my question is what the hell do you do with them heh? can you hang off of those? i just slip right off, not even one second on them. as well, what training program do you use with this board? i'm using one posted on 8a.nu that has a 5min, 8min, 10min, 15min, 20min and 30min workouts that obviously progessivley get harder.

I have the "pure force" hangboard also from metolius but I have used yours, and it's not so difficult to hang from the slopers, you just jave to move your elbows and find the posotion in wich you have the best grip. I have a training program divided in different levels, and it only takes 10 minutes to do it, if wou want me to send it to you PM me.

The flat slopers aren't hard to hang from. The key is staying still and pressing as much of your hand against it as you can. Just stay relaxed and it shouldn't be hard. Peace Out

I just started training on the simulator...yesterday, actually. I'd like to hear what kind of workouts worked the best for you...currently i'm gonna alternate between the one that came with the board and the 10 minute one from 8a.nu (that is, until i get stronger.) Has anyone here tried using the thing upside down? It looks like there's some sickeningly hard holds on it if you flip it. Also, how many training sessions should you repeat the same workout for before you move on to a harder one?

Ok I went to 8a.nu and couldn't find any workouts. Could someone point me in the right direction for the hangboard workout?

If your having trouble with the flat sloper. Start with one hand on one of the more forgiving holds such as the jug or curved sloper. Then slowly move over to the flat slopers over a period of weeks. thats how I did it

Those things aren't to hard to hang from. I can do pull-ups off of them. Those little edges are way hard to do pull-ups on for me. But then again I'm over weight at the time and just started to free climb again.
