Jpatria, the way that you worded it makes it a little hard to understand. I am pretty sure you are asking, "What is the best rock to climb on and hold without hurting yourself?" I have climbed some places where the rock was course/gritty/sharp and it hurt my hand, but most rock doesn't do that. Granite is good, but I don't know what is near you. As for the "That my arm get trap into the rock," I don't know exactly what you are trying to say, maybe you can try again. Hope that helps.
