that is a nice picture. i love the framing, and how the background lake surrounds the talent. the talent is a bit dark, but it might be the clothes. Facing straight to the camera has somewhat posed feeling, i would have prefered her doing omething.
The main problem is the background. It looks weirdly noisy, i am not sure whether it is bad photoshopping, or compression, of something else. It distracts a lot. I would gaussian blur the background a bit in photoshop.
