just started shooting with an old slr camera my mom gave me a long time ago. i've been experimenting with a little luck, and using the auto setting feature. but i was wondering if there was some sort of chart showing recommended shutter speeds and apperatures for different types of shots and different effects. anyone know? anyone have a link?

oh yeah, sure i could just go to the library and get a book, but then all you rc.commie photo expert types would have no way to justify your existence.

thank me later.

Try starting out at http://www.jafaphotography.com/tips.html for your search. There is a wealth of info there as well as about 1000 other photo links.
