"A Dare By The Sea"- Acadia. There's nothing like it when the waves are crashing 30 feet below you. I'd also say "Recolections of Pacifica" in Acadia, the sweetest finger crack with the best belay ledge view on the island.

I'd also say "Recolections of Pacifica" in Acadia, the sweetest finger crack with the best belay ledge view on the island. And in similar spirit, Green Mountain Breakdown on the Precipice, with its peaceful view out to sea. Other memorable crack days last year: Gunsmoke, Maverick Butte -- downpour & a lightning strike Flying Buttress, Medicine Bow Peak -- runouts, rain & thunder Remission, Cathedral Ledge -- falls & green slime Finale Groove, Boulder Ruckle -- gale & pounding waves Right Chimney, Three Penguins -- huffing & puffing to the view.... (Climbs that were more than their moves.) 8^)

In no particular order really...and leaving out way too many, these are must do's though. Belle Fourche Buttress - 10b - Devil's Tower Illusion Dweller - 10b - Joshua Tree Touch & Go - 9 - Joshua Tree (do this one on every trip there...just like everyone else) Quartz Jester - 10d (TR - I don't have Barber's cojones for the runout at the top) - King Pin, Custer State Park, SD Esthesia - "9+" - Spider's Web, Adirondacks Feet on Fire - 11 (TR - stellar slightly overhanging long, thin crack and thin face with enormous exposure) - Washbowl Cliff, Adirondacks
