I'm in the Portland, OR. area. I just took my first real clinic. Loved it. There is three Rock Gyms in this area. I'm looking for someone to work and teach me with patience. I'm physically fit.Could use strength training, that's why I loved this sport. Not afraid of challenges. Want to climb often and need someone reliable. Would like pointers on purchasing equipment, and shoes etc...way too much information out there, overwhelming. Read on... [ This Message was edited by: nikegirl on 2001-09-16 20:58 ]

I have been going daily to the gym, confidence is booming!!! BUT, Still haven't gotten any one to meet up yet. ...I know I may be beginning, but, how else am I going to move forward...Anybody, anyone, give me pointers on how to aproach this...ettiquette??Or, is this just a pecking order, I have to go thru??? Tell me Tell me, Please!
