I went to the gym last night and had a great night after two weeks of bad performance. I have come to the conclusion that a Whopper with cheese and a large fry is the secret. Every time I have this for dinner I climb better. I will have to experiment and not have it next week (I go every Wednesday) and see what happens. I will keep you all posted. Actually, I would prefer to have a good night again, so I think I will do the experiment the other way. Two weeks in a row should be conclusive enough.

It has nothing to do with what your eatting, the grease reacts as a catylist with the chalk forming a supper adhesive, your acctually just being a big old cheater!
