Sweet Just make sure you know how to set up a top rope in different environments so you can continue to enjoy! Next ... sport or trad?

Snoball, take care with your rigs, toprope or otherwise. In my earlier experiences I've decked from what I thought was a trustworthy anchor. It was only 10 feet, but pride and ego were damaged for a long time since I was climbing in front of some salty fellas.

Snoball dude I read your last post and that scares the crap out of me the way you set up your top rope dude PLEASE BE SAFE. We don’t need any other climbers hurt or killed. If you could pick the rocks up then they have a chance of fallin I would think. Please use your head. Don’t be stupid. I cant stress this enough. NEVER NEVER settle for just a ghetto rig.

Way to go Snoball!!!!! Hope you have fun and climb safe. Now you are on your way! Soon you will be doing trad. There are just so many things to learn and only so much time you can spend on the rock. Gotta Love it!!!
