I was woundering if anybody knows how to change norwegean climbing grades into france grades or Yosemite grades ?

Not sure if them Norwegians use the same grades as here in Sweden. Maybe post a grade and see if any of the local Scandinavians can help out?

It is true that we use the same grading system as in Sweden, but there are some small differences in how hard the grades are. ( In the table you'll see
the Norwegian and Swedish grades in the last two columns)
