if i have a girl, a shower together is NICE. and a massage for my hurting back and of course a lot to drink (no-alco, not coutnig tha after-climbing muscle relaksant, a good beer ). oh, i also grab a burger or pizza. and listen to music to calm down.

Go to work. I usually climb really early in the mornings (before most snooze buttons have been pushed). I have the benefit of living near a good climbing spot. If i had my choice, i would climb in the evenings and then go get a good beer. The advantages of climbing in the morning are starting out my day doing something I love and getting to spend the evenings with my wife and little girl.

I take my film down to the drugstore to be developed, THEN I take a shower (I am almost more obsessed with taking climbing pix than I am with the actual climbing! it's sick, sick!! )

When I come home from the gym or a daytrip (or even when home=camp). I toss off my harness and throw on my running shoes before I head out for a calming evening run... followed, of course, by a nice relaxing shower (and maybe a glass of wine...).

Eat! Beer tastes sooooo good after an ultra long day of climbing. Sometimes, I won't shower until the next day just so I can revel in my climbing funk. I can't believe I just said that online. Its good because it reminds me of my day of climbing. Plus, your clothes have that wonderful outdoorsey smell. I can't be the only one who feels this way! Maybe I should move this over to the "You know you've got it bad" thread.

When I finish climbing I tend to call another climbing partner and go climbing again. Then when I can no longer untie my knot I come home and eat, eat, eat. Did I mention that I like to eat, cause I really do.

Its All About the SLURPIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On my way back from Big Cottonwood there is a 7-11 right at the mouth of it, so we stop in to wash our hands then get some slurpies and maybe some food! Its a tradition
