Ephemeral - implies brevity, the perfect moment. Feverdream - pretty clear, I thought. disOrder - I dunno, I thought it looked kinda cool with the capitalisation. Perihelion - the closest point to the sun in an orbit. Oneiros - Greek word for "dream." Oneiromancer - one who shapes dreams, or works magic with them.

some of these names really suck. for one, it can't be eleventy hundred syllables and people should be able to pronounce it. the best ones are quasar for the astronomical reference and dementia for the psychological disorder... this game is fun

The serotonins. If these shoes don't make your feet happy, they must have been eaten by alligator.

oh man, too bad i didn't do well in my Psy class, knew i should've studied harder for my disorder's exam the Phrenic could be cool, Lackadaisical could be cool name, not a psychological disorder or anything, but just really laid back, careless. and for a harness, something that involves Uranus. maybe Holdin'Uranus? haha, i don't know, that's really lame, couldn't resist.

Hello Joe, Here are a few of my ideas. Please understand I am very new to rock climbing (since February) so some of these names may already be currently taken or from products from the past and I am unaware. I read a good deal of the ideas on this thread and think that the name Synapse mentioned earlier by someone is a great name and you should seriously considder it. Anyway, here are my ideas with a few joking ones thrown in. Good luck in your quest. Hey Quest is a good name too! Harnesses or shoe suggestions Ascension Assent Climax Adrenaline Big-O – Good name for carabineer Crack Addict – Shoes for crack climbing Crack Whore – Female specific shoes for crack climbing Rock God Rock Star How about shoes named after animals that climb. Gibbon Lemur – maybe cool striped pattern to match Lemur’s tails Chimp Baboon – where the heel of the rubber bends up toward ankle make it look like a sunburned ass. Just kidding! Koala – Female specific climbing shoe Grey and black Stink Bug – there always seems to be a stink bug climbing effortlessly when I am pumped and stuck at the crux Motivator Cult Freedom – Red white and blue theme Spirit Rushmore – Harness since it was carved with people on top ropes Charitable shoe for women idea Komen – How about an all Pink and White shoe that say a portion of the price (couple of bucks) goes towards the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. If the shoe was good, I think women would really like the unity of active female climbers involved with this charity. Maybe even throw in the pink rubber bracelet in the box too! My wife has pink ribbon stuff all over the house. Just an Idea! http://www.komen.org/intradoc-cgi/idc_cgi_isapi.dll?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=298 So What ya think Joe! Any idea when we will find out what you decide to go with? Have a great weekend, Marc Webster

off topic but, for a shoe The Golden Lotus (or for a womens version the Li Yu) In the early 10th century, emperor Li Yu of the Southern Tang dynasty in China ordered one of his slave girls to bind her feet in silk ribbons and dance on a platform littered with golden lotus flowers. From that day on, foot binding was often associated with the term golden lotus. Of course, I could go for Southern Tang, damn, that makes be thirsty
