Hey- tanks for the replies to my last post. Sounds like slacklining might be what I am looking for to improve my climbing when I'm not climbing!
I checked out the link to Sackline Bros. and setting up a line seems pretty simple, but I couldn't find anywhere that said what kind of line I should use. I am guessing any kind of static line is best, but not sure what diameter would be best... 9mm? Any advice from experienced slackers? Thanks.

is this for the actual line itself? I use 1" tubular webbing attached to a quickdraw at one end and a 20' or so piece of 11mm static rope. I put the end with the quickdraw on a runner around a tree, and run the rope through a pulley on another runner around another tree.then I double the rope back on itself and tie an ascender to the end, then another ascender attached to the rope where it meets the slackline. This is my tightening system. I clip caribiners to the two ascenders and run a rope back and forth between them two or three times, then pull. Tightens right up, but to get it tighter you have to put weight on the line and stretch it, then tighten again.

Welcome!
I didn't see your first post (I've been busy with the holidays, etc).
The line you will want is 1 inch tubular webbing, and if you plan on setting up a line longer than 25 or 30 feet long you'll want to double it. If you look in the community forum I have covered this fairly well on those threads (since you are new I'll help you get there)
