I will be traveling in the UK November 1st through the 15th and am wondering the conditions are at that time and what the recommended areas are. I will arrive in London on the 1st. It will be me and a friend and we are planning on traveling by rail so if anyone would like to take us out that would rock.

gmulk, I can pretty much guarantee you the conditions in November, anywhere in England will be: cold and rainy. :( Sorry, I don't have beta on particular areas. T

Yeah, weather sucks that time of year. I'll be over there by August-hopefully Southern Europe will have better weather in winter. Otherwise see you in the gym :?

Where are the best climbing gyms in the UK? Sheffield, York? I will be in Wales and England and Scotland.

A friend told me there were a couple great gyms around sheffield but I can't be certain.
