In reply to: It's bimmer not beemer! (beemer refers to BMW motorcycles) get with the program, bucko. sheesh, you really aren't from anywhere close to boulder are you? Yo, homie. Aurora's the land of the F-150, the Corvette, and the Hemi. Detroit iron, bay-beee. We don't need no stinkin' imported cars or beer. Besides, those furin' pickup trucks can't pull a double wide worth a stink.

(Have we totally highjacked rocksmoxie's thread yet, and made her question the sanity of climbing with any of us front rangers?)

In reply to: what's a "bimmer?" OHHHHHH! You guys are impossible! (said stomping my feet) It's a BMW car, or suv. This banter is sure to draw more attention to moxy's thread.

In reply to: In reply to: In reply to: In reply to: ps. shorty - i'm still waiting for my BMW. i live in boulder valley, but have yet to receive the BMW and super fancy SUV. (bummed) Good news, Amber, BMW now makes an SUV -- two for the price of one (or is that twice the price for one). Now you have room for the beemer, the Volvo, and the Prius in your garage. kick ass. if i buy one, will i be cool enough for you go climbing with me again? :) Jeebers, if you get one, I will be the one so not cool enough to climb with you. well, damn. i'll take it back to the dealership then. seriously, though, let's go climbing something soon. i can officially wear both of my climbing shoes again. yay!

Shorty, I just saw your reply to this post and you mentioned a White Castle, I have merely heard speculations that there may be a White Castle in or around Denver and until now have been reduced to driving atleast 8 hours to find this delictable treat...any beta would be greatly appreciated

In reply to: Shorty, I just saw your reply to this post and you mentioned a White Castle... The White Castle reference was for (IMO) the most appropriate place to watch the Colfax action. I believe Denver actually did have a White Castle or two in the old days (think 8-track stereos), but that pre-dates me. Don't fret -- Denny's at 2am is also a great place to get acquainted with some of Denver's "finest".
