Several route guide pages were recently stolen from the kiosk at the base of the approcah trail to San Diego's Mission Gorge. These guide pages had been posted by http://SDCC as a service to fellow climbers, especially out of town visitors who might not have a guide.
... The first Funny thing is ... we anticipated that someone might feel the need to permanently borrow them, so they were placed behind plexiglass and a wooden frame. The frame and plexiglass were ripped open so someone could steal half the pages.
... The second funny thing is ... this guide is available http://absolutely free as a download off the web.
No ragging or trash talking ... just dumb founded ... and losing faith in fellow climbers.
