I was at the Sunshine wall yesterday (11/20/05) Near the end of the day we decided to have a little fun with the 3 TURKEY climbs. Turkey foot left, center, and right. I wanted a friend to learn to move off fists so I went up the second pitch (which I swear I have climbed before). I got to the notch where I seem to remember anchors or slings and found nothing. There was a lot of broken rock, and from that area, looking down, I could see scars and white marks all over, there had been very recent rockfall. Upon downclimbing the route and getting to the ground, we found a huge amount of fresh rock, granite powder, branches that were still dripping sap (presumably from rock falling through them). I felt like I was in a bowling alley. It looks fresh, the rock powder is still there. I'm guessing it got frost wedged on Tuesday when it snowed all day. Geologic time is now!! I also heard the Pinnacle was spitting yesterday too.
