so i last night i forgot my sunglasses at the beach, so today before class i went to see if by the grace of the man they were still there..
well they werent there,,, but i did noticed a line set up with no one walking where I always set up...
wow cool i said..
so i jumped on and walked alittle,,, it was tightened witha ratchet...
for the 15min i was there nobody showed up!!!
whatever i went to class..
well 4 hrs later i went to the beach ready to set up,, and that same line was still there...
i was like :wtf:
if it were anywhere else i wouldnt have messed with it,, but it was in the same place i always set up,, sol i figured i would just walk that line,,, after all i never walked a line with a ratchet,,, but it was really low so i decided to raise it..
well i was a pain in the ass , i didnt notice some back up buckel on the line, so i had to retension the ratchet and loosen and tighten,, blaa blaa blaa..
it was a major cluster F^%K so i said F-it and just took the whole dam thing down and put mine up... and left it there..
as i was walking away my new friend randolph (a beach resident) who always bums it up at the beach, delightfully enightening the turists of all the self-gratifing benifits of donating $ to the local beach bums..
anyways randolph informed me that i missed out on the early morning slack session, where they were shooting video, and there were a bunch of people involved..
they left the line for a lot more than a few hours, regarless of that, they left it unattended at the beach,, anyone who would do something that carless obvioulsy dosent want the line
so i took it..
hopefully they had some serious trama they had to attend, so they rationalized the line wasnt worth saving or important enough to take down,,,
if so you can have your line back.. but leaving two months on monday so you better hollar soon..
that dam ratchet,, i was ready to cut the line down, the webbing gotall twisted and a major pain to realse...
