Mods and Adm., What are the odds of having a similar policy, as Phil set forth below in another recent thread, with regards to entire threads that get yanked? In particular, one of the Arizona homo rock troop's "Fat Girls" thread. I could care less if they get yanked, but I'd at least like to know why.
In reply to: We`ve had a long standing policy here on rc.com that we will not discuss disciplinary actions taken against users. This has now changed. Due to the new ownership of rc by the owners of DZ we are synchronising a lot of what we do here with what they do there. They have had a policy that works well of advertising what actions have been taken against particular people/users. Chris Edited to add: If the powers that be let the general populace know why a particular thread is being yanked, similar to why someone gets tarpitted, it may relay some relevant information to everyone about the types of things that are and are not allowed. Just a thought.
